-
- The Library's shelve materials in the open stack area (2nd floor) are accessible to users. Make sure to return it to its original location after use.
-
- Items in closed stacks cannot be physically browsed, so you can submit
requests at the counter for materials from those areas. Professors, graduate
students and special users have direct access to closed stacks. In order
to identify what is desired and what the Library has, you are recommended
to consult the Library's OPAC first.
-
- Visitors who wish to consult materials housed in special collections may request access at the Library.
Entering the Special collections room is not allowed without the presence of a Library's staff. Visitors who would like to
consult materials of the special collection or enter the Special collections room may contact the Library in advance.
Since the Special collections materials would be difficult to replace if damaged or lost, the Library reserves the right
to limit or refuse requests depending on the condition of the material. Visitors are advised to check that access is available
prior to making a visit. For more extensive requests, make an appointment with Information Service Unit (Main counter) to discuss your needs.
