授業の目的・方法
/Course Objectives and method
This is a second year reading course in English. This will also be a content based course, and we will also take advantage of the music library in the Gengo Center for some added culture.

To improve your reading ability in English, as well as increase your vocabulary, and through discussion, your ability to speak English as well.

成績評価の方法
/Grading
Participation is important in this course. Too many absences and a lack of participation in class will result in failing the course. There is also a folder requirement in the course. The folder includes all of the work you have done in the class. If you do the folder poorly, do the folder only in Japanese, or if you fail to turn in your folder at the end of the semester, you may fail the course.
