The objective of this course is to develop materials under two paradigms: 1. Task-based Language Teaching 2. Computer-based (Moodle) materials delivery |

From this class, the students will be able to make materials to supplement textbooks they use in the class using the TBLT teaching method as well as making materials for online delivery |
授業内容 /Course contents |
There will be three sections to this course: 1. The course will begin with a series of lectures concerning the basic development of materials. In this scenario, materials that will be used in the secondary schools will be emphasized. 2. The next section of this course will be a continuous workshop on the procedures for the development of materials utilizing the Task-based Language Teaching model of language teaching. 3. The third section of this course is to understand the LMS materials delivery system (Moodle) and how materials and course work can be modified to deliver materials using the computer for easy access for students. |

Grading will be based on attendance (20%), participation in class (30%); materials developed for the second section (30%) materials developed for the third section (20%). |

100-90 Understands the content of the course exceptionally well, attends the class and participates very well in the class, passes in the data assignments on time, is not late to class, and does very well on the test(s) 89-80 Understands the content of the course well, attends the class and participates well in the class, is not late to class, passes in the data assignments, and does well on the test(s) 79-70 Understands the content of the course to a basic level, attends the class and participates in the class, is not late to class, passes in the data assignments, and passes the test(s) 69-60 Understands the content of the course somewhat, attends the class and participates in the class, is not late to class, passes in the data assignments, and passes the test(s) 59- Does not understand the content of the course, has poor attendance or is often late, does not pass in the data assignments, and does very poorly on the test(s) |
