授業の目的・方法 /Course Objectives and method |
This is the first half of Business Economics module in the global education program. The main objective is to provide opportunities for undergraduate students to learn microeconomics, with special emphases on business and managerial aspects. I will cover the textbook in a lecture-style, but I will try my best to ask you as many questions as possible during the class-time in order to make the class more open and to encourage your active participation in discussions. | ||
達成目標 /Course Goals |
The main goals of this course are (i) to let you become more familiar with microeconomic ways of thinking real-life and corporation issues, i.e., from a viewpoint of optimality and efficiency for individuals, firms, and the entire economy given the assumption of perfect competition; and (ii) to give you opportunities to apply these acquired tools to the business and managerial issues. | ||
